Hot favourite Chris Moyles didn't fare as well as he expected in the semi-final of X Factor: Battle Of The Stars.
But was he bovvered? Not half.
The Radio 1 DJ failed to sway the public with his rendition of Otis Redding's Hard To Handle and Wonderwall by Oasis.
He now joins The Chefs and Nikki Sanderson as other weekend casualties of the show.
Judge Sharon Osbourne told Chris: "On entertainment value alone, you should win this show."
Simon Cowell added: "You have my vote for the final."
Even Chris himself felt compelled to say: "I was charming and brilliant."
But it seems the public didn't agree. Asked how he felt after the results were announced, the bashful DJ said: "I'm quite surprised, actually."
Adopting his usual humour, he added: "I couldn't care less who won it now. I think it's rigged. I'm gutted."
Ex-EastEnders star Lucy Benjamin is now tipped to win the ITV show. The pregnant actress fights it out with England and Bath rugby player Matt Stevens in the final.
Meanwhile Rebecca Loos has called Sharon Osbourne a bully - but added: "I'm not at war with her."
Talking to GMTV's Lorraine Kelly she said: "Bullying is the correct word. That whole week I cried so much it was ridiculous.
"But you learn from it and you grow out of it. No regrets - not at all."
