The Desperate Housewives hunk is stepping out with our very own Nadine Coyle, of Girls Aloud, according to the Sunday Mirror.

Jesse - who plays Eva Longoria's sexy toy boy gardener in DH - met Nadine in Sydney, Australia, where Girls Aloud have been promoting their album Chemistry.

But what was Jesse doing Down Under?

He was attending a 'Desperate and Dateless' ball at Sydney's Luna Park... although he didn't stay that way for long.

An onlooker said: "Fans were going up to Jesse and Nadine asking for photos and autographs of the pair of them.

A friend of Jesse's added: "He was immediately taken with Nadine when he saw her. She's a very pretty girl and he also loved her Irish accent.

"They went on a date on Friday and got on brilliantly. There is an incredible chemistry between them and they're already planning their next date."

Talking about his heartthrob credentials, Jesse recently said: "I'd like to meet a nice girl and leave all that behind."

Could Ulster-born Nadine be that nice girl? Considering some comments made in an interview last year, it could be written in the stars.

She said: "I'm definitely not looking for a relationship, but if the gardener from Desperate Housewives were to ask me out, I wouldn't say no."
