The pair have opted to spend the new year catching rays and cruising the waves in Barbados.
The paps went mad for pics of the pair, who have been very elusive when it comes to being snapped in public since their relationship began in 2004.
And the shots of them together have been well worth the wait, with Hugh and Jem going all-out action style in a number of water activities.
