Who's Had A Lily Chat?

Lily AllenIt's been a tough time for Lily Allen, following her miscarriage and split from Ed Simons.

And someone's giving her muchos praise.

Who is it?

Her v proud dad, actor Keith Allen.

In an interview with ITV's This Morning he's spoken about her past few months as well as reports from critics slamming Lily's chat show, Lily Allen And Friends, which has just been recommissioned for a second series.

He told them: "It was a very, very tough time for her.

"To wake up the day after your show basically being told that you're talentless and useless, it's pretty tough.

"She carried on, and power to her."

He went on to say: "It seems unfair because I think the show is absolutely fine.

"It's not going to change the way you think or anything like that but I think it's an absolutely fine piece of television.

"And I think it's right that she's been recommissioned because I think she's learnt a lot from it.

"I think she's taken it on board and she'll come out fighting and the second series will be better, great."

But what of her younger brother, Alfie Allen?

Keith reckons Alfie is "a much better actor" than himself.

Ah, we're feeling mushy after all that love spreading.
