This lucky lady is getting cosy with a very famous man - one who's 23 years her senior.
Bruce Willis is the middle-aged chapper in question.
The 52-year-old Die Hard star is reported to be pleased as punch to be dating Emma, a 29-year-old underwear model.
We bet he is.
The twosome were together at a screening of What Just Happened? at the recent Sundance Film Festival in Park City in Utah and have also been spotted out and about in New York on a dinner date with Bruce's mate Robert De Niro.
The early coupledom signs are looking promising.
Plus, there's a feeling of history repeating itself with this relationship.
Not only does the darkly attractive Emma look fairly similar to Bruce's ex-wife, Demi Moore, but his cross-generational affair with Emma carries echoes of the 16-year age gap between Demi and her husband, Ashton Kutcher.
In fact, at just 29, Ashton is exactly the same age as Emma.
