Some people run in lycra - and frankly it makes us a little queasy.
Especially if it's a bloke and it's a little tight around the crotch. Sorry about that.
So, we give this chap full marks for steering clear of the shiny material and going for a jog in his everyday kit.
We only hope he didn't sweat too much whilst running around like a spring lamb.
But he wasn't alone on his country jaunt - he was accompanied by his girly, who also failed to adopt regular sportswear for the occasion.
Instead she bounced along in a pair of wellies.
This leads us to suspect that these two were more likely running away from something than indulging in some planned physical exercise.
