The former pop star has been spotted out looking like a happy bunny.
She's proof that exercise really does get things going and perk one up.
But it's not a sweaty gym for Jo, it's the great outdoors.
The one-time S-Club singer and a pal got their muscles working in a country field - as they performed lunges, stretches and a spot of jogging.
And in doing her fitness regime, Jo showed off her huge tattoo at the bottom of her back.
