Oh what could have been....
Alas, Martine McCutcheon turned her back on superstar Hollywood greatness.
Apparently some things are just more important than success and A-lister status.
And Martine can tell you all about it.
She sacked off Hollywood and hot-footed it back to Blighty a little while back.
And the reason?
Marty had a serious case of homesickness, apparently.
Which prevented her from climbing the glitzy ladder to the top of the celeb tree.
But what was at the root of all her homeland yearnings?
Well she points the finger of blame on the weather.
Martine told the Metro: "I missed the rain - I was pining for it like crazy."
That's totally understandable, who would want all that ghastly sunshine and blue skies... it's enough to put anyone off.
