Winona isn't in any trouble with the law - she's just on the set of her latest flick, The Ten.
The film follows 10 stories, each of which is themed by one of the 10 commandments.
We're not sure what Win's commandment is - but it could well be Thou Shalt Not Steal...
Winona was found guilty of grand theft and vandalism back in December 2002 after she removed security tags from clothes in Saks Fifth Avenue and then left the New York department store without paying.
But Win's been on the right side of the law ever since, after undergoing psychological and drug counselling and community service.
