Jessie Wallace recently dropped from a size 16 to a size 10.
Jess cut out wheat, dairy and alcohol, and ate more fruit, vegetables, fish, nuts and seeds, as well as going to the gym and running.
She credits her personal trainers Paul Ellis and Tom Stockwell: "They said: 'We can change you in six weeks' and I thought it was such a great opportunity that I'd give it a go. They explained the training programme and the diet, and I just got cracking."
