Susan Boyle Is Susan Boyle coming to a music store near you?

Well, reports are hinting that this may be the case.

According to The Sun, she's started work on her debut album and hopes to have it out by Christmas time.

They claim Su-Bo, runner-up of Britain's Got Talent, was in a studio on Wednesday with producers from Simon Cowell's record company, Sony Music.

They also say her album will be 'musical themed' and that her idol, Elaine Paige, may team up with her to do a duet on the album.

They quote an insider as saying: "Wednesday was Susan's first day as a recording artist - she had a brilliant time.

"She talked about what she wanted for the album - it's going to be a case of trying to pin her down to her favourite ten or so."

Other Su-Bo news is the furore over whether she'll be performing tonight at the BGT live tour at the Birmingham National Indoor Arena.

Reports say a show spokesperson has not yet confirmed her performance status.
