The Britain's Got Talent judge has posed for Heat magazine sans her slap.

And Ms Holden has also insisted: "My lips are real."

Talking to Heat, she said: "Simon's going to look at these pictures and say, 'Oh no, you've ruined the magic, darling."

When asked what she thinks of her face without any make-up, she said: "I think I've got small, piggy eyes.

"I always have to wear smudgy eyeliner - even if I'm just going to Waitrose. I feel naked without my eyes on.

"I love the drag-queen look."

She also admits: "I've had Botox, which I'm happy to admit. It's running out now, though - I need to go again.

"I agree with Simon: it's like cleaning your teeth - maintenance. It's lHeat Heat ike getting your roots done. I think as long as you don't go stupidly over the top, I can move my face."

But she denies she's had any other surgery, "I've never had my lips done, and it really p***es me off that everyone thinks I have. My lips are thinner now than they were when I was younger.

"I've never had fillers either. My family all have very rounded faces, a bit chubby even. So I'm lucky that it's natural."

She added: "I think everything starts drooping around 45, so I know I'll succumb. I want to look like Joan Rivers. I don't see the point in growing old gracefully."
