It's believed further tests are being carried out on Amy Winehouse, following her hospitalisation last night.
Her spokesperson said initial tests were inconclusive, so Amy would be undergoing another batch.
He said: "She seems to be fine in herself, but they are taking their time to be sure."
She was taken to hospital after fainting at her London home.
Her father Mitch accompanied her there as a precautionary measure after she suffered the dizzy spell.
Amy was then kept in The London Clinic overnight last night in order to undergo further tests determining why she fainted.
Her spokesman issued a statement saying:
"Amy was at home when she briefly fainted.
"Fortunately, her manager's assistant was there to stop her falling. She quickly recovered and her father, Mitch, took her to hospital as a precaution."
He emphasised that the visit was not "an emergency dash".
Get well soon, Amy.
