Mitch revealed all on ITV1's This Morning.
He said the 26-year-old's assets are "absolutely fantastic".
The troubled singer, 26, used a Harley Street clinic in London to boost her chest to a 32D ahead of her Strictly Come Dancing appearance on Saturday 10th October after years of drug abuse left her emaciated.
Mitch said Amy had finally overcome her "illness" and added: "Her boobs are great. I shouldn't have said that, should I?
"She's doing great. To look back how she was last year, we're on a different planet."
