Well, not so much for her actually.

As 2009 has begun with a court date, which is never fun...

She's been summoned to appear in a court in Norway on the 12th January to appeal against a fine for drugs possession.

Amy and her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, were both arrested back in October 2007 and charged with having seven grams of marijuana in the city of Bergen, where she was doing a gig.

But now the episode is being dredged back up after it was claimed by Amy's camp that the police made mistakes.

Amy's Norwegian lawyer, Ole Kvelstad, has now said that because they paid a fine it looks as though Amy was guilty, which could cause a problem for her if she wants to go to America.

So the Norwegian court has asked Amy to come along and sort this whole thing out.

She's already been turned down for a visa into the US when she was scheduled to appear at the Grammys in 2008.

We reckon they want to prevent a similiar thing happening again in the future.

We'll be keeping our eyes on this one.
