It would appear arriving fashionably late is something she's good at too.

Especially after her latest stint at the prestigious Ivor Novello Awards in London.

Amy was named winner of the best song musically and lyrically award for her tune Love Is A Losing Game, but she was too late to collect it - so her dad, Mitch, hopped on stage to pick it up for her.

He told the crowd:" I don't know what I'm doing up here.

"Amy unfortunately couldn't make it but she's getting better and she sends you all her love."

When Amy did arrive later on in the ceremony she snuggled up to her dad saying: "I'm fine, really well."

Other big winners were Take That, Mika and Radiohead.
