She's certainly been frolicking on the beach with someone.

And now we can reveal the man behind the muscles...

Amy's mate is 21-year-old Josh Bowman.

So who is this fella do you ask? Well, he sure has friends in high places...

Hunky Josh who used to play rugby with Saracens, is close pals with England ace, Danny Cipriani.

You know, Kelly Brook's younger sweetheart?

Amy and Josh met on her trip to St Lucia, where he's also holidaying with his mother and older sister.

"Josh is the sort of guy most girls would love to take home to their parents, whereas not many men would be brave enough to do the same with Amy," a friend told the Sun.

"They have become really good friends on St Lucia, even though they are chalk and cheese."

And, Josh's clean-living attitude is bound to score bonus points with friends and family of Amy. 

"Josh hardly drinks, would not go near drugs and is a keep fit fanatic - but the two of them are having a blast."
