The world of dancing is not an easy one to conquer...
Especially if you're a celeb.
Former tennis pro and GMTV presenter Andrew Castle became the seventh star to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.
Andrew's light-footed dreams turned to dust after he and partner Ola Jordan danced for survival against Heather Small and her mentor Brian Fortuna.
Heather 'n' Brian triumphed through the dance-off for the third time in the comp, as all four judges heralded their cha-cha-cha.
Meanwhile, poor ol' Andrew was sent home, the panel's criticism of his samba ringing in his ears.
In a particularly stinging review, judge Bruno Tonioli told him:
"The samba should have the excitement of the Brazilian grand prix and this was a Brazilian grand flop; no bounce, poor hip action, heavy-footed."
On learning of his fate, Andrew said:
"Can I just take a second here to thank everybody on Strictly Come Dancing for taking care of us amateur dancers, and for the person who's as beautiful as she is talented and generous too - Ola."
