Poor Angelina Jolie suffered a head injury on Friday morning while filming her new thriller movie, Salt.
Concerned crew members swiftly rushed her to a nearby New York hospital for a check-up after she was cut between the eyes.
Columbia Pictures spokesperson, Steve Elzer, played down the incident to the BBC calling it a necessary "precautionary measure".
However, after actress Natasha Richardson slipped on the nursery ski slopes in Canada resulting in her untimely death, a minor bump to the head cannot be dismissed lightly.
Luckily, the star was given the all clear and she was released shortly afterwards.
Phew.
