The actor's rep has confirmed the news to People.
Jonny and Michele were married in July this year, and other reports say she was nearly six months pregnant when they tied the knot, so their bundle should be due in the upcoming months.
People reports the couple had a "co-ed" baby shower with friends and family in LA at the weekend.
Jonny, star of TV drama Eli Stone, married Angelina in 1996, but they separated a year later and were divorced by 1999.
