Heath LedgerHeath LedgerIt seems the insiders of Hollywood loved Heath Ledger as much as the public did.

The late actor has earned another posthumous award.

Following on from his Golden Globe win for his role as The Joker in The Dark Knight, Heath has also been granted the best supporting male actor trophy at the Screen Actors Guild Awards last night in Los Angeles.

These awards are decided by members of the guild - actors voting for actors.

The win comes just over a year after the late Aussie star's untimely death.

His cast mate Gary Oldman accepted the award on Heath's behalf, saying: "He was an extraordinary young man with an extraordinary talent, and it is wonderful that you have acknowledged that."

Heath is also hotly tipped to win an Oscar this year, for the same role.
