We can hardly believe what went down on The X Factor on Saturday.
Never have we seen such drama unfold in our very own living rooms.
And no - we're not talking about Mariah Carey's diva-ness...
One of our favourite contestants has been kicked from the comp.
Laura White gave us goose bumps when she sang Endless Love for Mariah night.
But it clearly wasn't enough to convince the voting public.
The 21-year-old had a sing-off against Ruth Lorenzo, dedicating her
song, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, to her grandfather.
Only her mentor, Cheryl Cole, voted to save Laura over Ruth.
We agreed with Simon Cowell when he said: "First of all you were not the worst two singers tonight so I don't know what went wrong tonight, it was a joke."
Perhaps Laura should've done a Diana Vickers and got laryngitis.
Then she definitely would've got through - and she wouldn't even have had to perform.
See what Laura had to say on her shock exit from the competition.
