And their daughter, Violet, is one of the cutest toddlers we've ever clapped eyes on.

So it stands to reason they might want to expand their brood.

However, recent rumours that Jen is five months preggers with her and Ben's second child may be a bit wide of the mark.

The story sparked after the actress was spotted out and about recently, sporting an array of rather baggy attire (see left).

Following up on suspicions, Us magazine asked Jen's former Alias co-star Victor Garber whether it was true Jen was expecting, to which he reportedly replied: "Yes, she is."

But now Victor's come forward to say he's been misquoted.

"I haven't confirmed that at all, no," Victor told E! News of the Jen baby story.

"I know they want to have another child and hopefully that's true, but I don't know that."

"I know that they are hoping to be," he added.

"I just don't know that it's for sure. It's a very... personal thing."

Okey dokey.

Well, there's no word from either Jen or Ben's reps yet so until we hear anything more, we're siding with caution and saying Violet shouldn't be expecting a younger sibling playmate just yet.
