Beyonce - or is it Sasha?It's no wonder Beyonce has an alter ego.

She's one busy lady.

In fact, she's so in demand, our very own X Factor and Strictly peeps are tussling over her.

The Daily Mirror reckons The X Factor and Strictly Come Dancing bosses are at loggerheads.

Why? 

Well, apparently Strictly has signed up Beyonce to perform in November, when in fact Simon Cowell had already organised for her to strut her stuff on The X Factor in December.Beyonce 04.08

A BBC source said: "As far as we are concerned, we are the number one show on Saturday."

An X Factor source has hit back, however, saying: "We aren't happy Beyonce is doing Strictly, but she is just one of a number of huge names we're getting."

Like Mariah Carey and Britney Spears, apparently.

Beyonce herself is busy promoting her new album, I Am... Sasha Fierce, the title of which refers to her apparently uber-confident alter ego.

Bey first talked about Sasha in 2006, when she said: "I wouldn't like her if I met her off-stage." 

And now she's told People: "Sasha Fierce is the fun, more sensual, more aggressive, more outspoken and more glamorous side that comes out when I'm working and when I'm on the stage."

We so have one of these too - she's called Showbiz Suzie and it's her that has fat days and bad hair days, not us.

In fact, we're sending Suzie off to the gym for us now...
