It seems that even this powerful pairing can have their issues too.

The super diva, who rarely chats about her hip-hop beau, has spoken out about their union.

She told Elle magazine that being married to Jay-Z can be a "power struggle".

But the singer says it keeps their relationship strong, and that she finds Jay-Z's star status a little bit sexy.

"If I didn't respect someone and they didn't have that strength, then I would be bored," Beyonce said in the December issue. "I wouldn't be attracted to them."

Bey also discussed the prospect of having children, telling the mag that she's pretty scared about popping 'em out.

"I'm terrified of having a child," she said. "No way! I'm terrified of delivering a child because I saw my nephew being born. That traumatised me. I'm only 27. I've got time."

Very sensible indeed Bey.
