Never mind the fact that the lady herself hasn't actually confirmed whether she is actually preggers...

It seems the world and his wife are ten steps ahead already.

The latest rumblings have it that "mum-to-be" Billie is planning a water birth for her hopefully non-phantom arrival, with a friend telling the Sunday Express:

"Billie has been saying she doesn’t want all the bright lights of a hospital and thinks a home birth in warm water would be a wonderfully calm way for her baby to come into the world."

Delightful detail and all, but we think the point has slightly been missed.

We know almost everything about this baby - that it's due this winter, that Billie has hired a body double on The Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, that it'll be born in a bath - heck, we'll probably even know whether he/she prefers porridge or milk for breakfast soon enough - but what we don't know is whether it actually exists.

Let's just hope Billie does confirm that there is indeed a baby on its way sometime soon - otherwise it'd be a real dampener on the wealth of baby excitement.
