The Britney Spears and Kevin Federline custody case has reached a crescendo.
After months of thrashing out the rights to their kids in court, the end result has been decided.
What is it?
E! News reports Britney has agreed to hand over the parenting reins to K-Fed.
K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told them the pair have reached a settlement.
Documents relating to the case say that K-Fed gets sole legal and physical custody of the boys, and that Britney will have visitation rights.
Mark said: "The case has been settled. The court still has to approve it."
Brit's lawyer, Laura Wasser, told reporters: "Britney and Kevin have figured out a way to work together as co-parents, and the children will benefit as a result of that."
Sources have also told TMZ that their arrangement will give Britney more custody with their two kids by the end of the year.
At the moment, she sees Sean Preston and Jayden James three days a week with one overnight.
Neither K-Fed nor Brit-Brit attended Friday's court hearing.
