Britney SpearsBritney SpearsA pop star can have some pretty huge demands when they go on tour.

But for Britney Spears, her request was quite simple...

If I can't take my kids, I won't go.

Rumours have been circulating that Britters threatened to cancel her upcoming Circus tour if she couldn't take along her two sons - three-year-old Sean Preston, and Jayden James, two.

But now it seems she's got word the little nippers can tag along.

Her official website confirmed the news last night: "Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour."

According to TMZ, Brit was anxious that her ex-husband Kevin Federline's lawyers would continue to block an agreement that would allow her to take her sons on the road.

For the last few weeks, the pop star has been working amicably with her ex, with the help of her father JamKevin Federline Kevin Federline ie Spears, to make plans for her sons to travel with her on the US leg of the hugely anticipated comeback tour.

As Brit has three homes scattered around the US, in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles, apparently the trio nutted out a plan that the children could stay nearby, while Britney commuted back and forth from regional concert venues.

"Britney is so excited to kick off her tour," says a posting on Brit's official site. "She has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again."

Additionally, the agreement allows Kev to receive at least $4,000 each week Britney is on tour, plus he'll get his own home in each of the three predetermined cities.
