A lot of water has gone under the bridge since Britney Spears' stay in the psychiatric ward.
Or has it?
The docs have the latest on the state of her mental health...
It's been four months since she was held at a psychiatric facility.
But according to a statement given by a court commissioner presiding over her conservatorship Britney is still unable to participate "in any meaningful way" in legal proceedings and may need further tests.
Brit's doctor has made a "differential diagnosis" and "wants to do additional testing in the not too distant future - something we will need to address in June," LA superior court commissioner Reva Goetz said in court after a private, 90-minute discussion with lawyers.
For now, Brit can't take part in the "litigation process or in discovery proceedings," Reva added.
Neither Britney or her family appeared in court in person.
And, for now, her affairs are still being handled by her dad, Jamie, and a lawyer.
