Well, he's been arrested in Los Angeles on a probation violation.
Jason was on parole after his 2006 DUI arrest, when he was also ordered to complete an alcohol education programme.
But this week it's been recorded in court papers that a judge sentenced him to 10 d
ays in jail after he failed to complete the programme...
As part of the course he was scheduled to visit LA's County Morgue which it's believed he'd missed twice.
On top of the 10-day prison sentence, the judge has also ordered him to re-take the six-month alcohol programme.
He's due back in court on the 2nd of February 2009 to evaluate his progress.
We bet Brit's glad that marriage got annulled.
