Britney Spears' name is making news again.
A former bodyguard of hers is reportedly suing her.
According to Usmagazine.com, Kerry Vine claims he allegedly sustained injuries while working for Britney at her former home in March 2008.
Usmagazine claims that according to legal documents filed this week, Kerry's attorney, Charles Swain, has written: "Advanced Security Concepts negligently operated their business thereby causing injuries to (Vine) who worked for (Spears) at the time.
"(Spears) breached that duty of care to the plaintiff by failing to ensure that he could safely perform duties that Advanced Security Concepts ordered him to perform."
Kerry is said to be suing for personal injury, battery and negligence for which he says he has reportedly suffered loss of wages, medical and hospital costs, and a loss of personal property and earning capacity.
A hearing is said to be scheduled for Wednesday 2nd September.
There's been no official word from Brit's people on this yet.
