Perhaps it's for the best though - a fresh start and all that... this is the house that was the scene of the January drama when Brit was taken away to a psychiatric hospital.

Well there's nothing confirmed but the chatter from a source close to Brit told People: "Having more privacy and wide open spaces for her to raise her boys has been a goal for some time."

Perhaps she's already looking for somewhere...

As her attorney also said in court that Britney would be out of state for several days - but he did not offer an explanation as to why or where.

Another source said that her jaunt is homeward bound to Louisiana to be by her sister Jamie Lynn's side as she gets ready to have her first bubba.
