The News Of The World claim that the transatlantic twosome, who have dated for almost a year, split because Cam didn't want to move to the UK, where Paul comes from, on a permanent basis.

There's been no official word from Cameron's rep on the break-up though, so we'll stop short of popping her straight onto the singletons market.

But the 36-year-old actress was spotted partying solo at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood recently.

She's also admitted her sex-symbol status won't last forever, saying: "I'm not 25 years old anymore, nor do I want to be. I wouldn't even want to go back to being 30. You know what I mean?"
