Whose trout pout denial?This plastic-fantastic star has denied having fake-looking lips.

She admits that she's used Collagen, but she's hit out at critics who've said the cosmetic procedure appears "botched".

The lip-plumper in question is 30-year-old Jodie Marsh, who told Closer magazine: "My surgery's not a botched job like Leslie Ash's - it's unfair to compare us.

"I've had my lips filled, but they only looked so large in the pictures because I was wearing so much lip gloss and liner."Jodie Marsh

Jodie, who recently split from her hairdresser girlf Nina, also insisted: "I can be a lady and I can be elegant".

As if to illustrate this point, she went onto declare a plastic surgery amnesty, saying: "There's nothing else I need to change now, so I'm done with surgery."
