1 of 61Ex-Casualty star Rebecca Wheatley has lost more than half her bodyweight after being "ashamed" of her own wedding snaps - losing 12 stone in two years, and going from a size 32 to a size 12 and 12.5 stone.
After being named Slimming World's Woman of the Year she explained: "I hope that I'll be able to inspire anyone out there who's struggling with their weight to see that there is a healthy way to slim without starving yourself or feeling guilty or even resorting to surgery."
