About having liposuction.

Talking to Now magazine, she said she is addicted to the surgical procedure.

"I'm hooked. When I see how much weight comes off and how quickly my body changes, it gives me a lift and spurs me on. It's such a buzz to lose weight that quickly."

She had her first round of lipo in March 2008 on her legs and tummy.

"I know people think I'm crazy for doing this, but it's what I want. The way I see it, if you're in the public eye it's your job to look good. I'll do whatever it takes to be a size 0 and liposuction is the perfect method. 

"If I was fat enough, I'd have a gastric band fitted. I'd probably have two."

Chanelle also opened up about her suicide attempt in August this year.

"I just didn't see any point in being around.

"I thought I couldn't make (now ex-boyfriend) Matt happy and I couldn't make myself happy. In short, I couldn't do anything right.

"It was a wake-up call and I'm still feeling upset and fragile.

"I realise now that I suffer with depression and have eating issues, but I'm dealing with that by following a speciallly devised eating plan and seeing my doctor on a regular basis.

"That's keeping me focused on getting myself better."
