And now she's dishing all the details of his arrival into the world.

As is the habit of certain celeb mums, it's just a little TMI.

Chatting to OK! magazine, Char didn't hold back on what it was like delivering Dexter, who was born at her and partner Gavin Henson's estate earlier this month.

"It hurt more this time because Dexter was in an awkward position in my pelvis," Char confided.

"The contractions were really strong for a long time. He was also facing the wrong way, then in the last 15 minutes he managed to turn himself round."

"She was in so much pain... I was just trying to encourage her and talk her through it," Gavin added.

Char also revealed: "I wanted cheesy 80s stuff and power ballads to get me through (the labour)," but instead she ended up with the "dodgy-ass stuff" on Gavin's iPod.

"I was in so much pain and then in between when I could speak, I was like: 'No, no, no, not Bryan Adams. Turn Bryan Adams off.'"

Gavin Henson and CharlotteChar, who is also mother to one-year-old Ruby, said she was in no rush to lose her baby weight.

"I've never been worried about that stuff," she said.

"You see adverts for diet pills and slimming drinks when it's really simple - eat healthily and do something that gets your heart rate up for 30 minutes every day.

"I don't understand why people are so stupid about it. We all know what to do."
