Rumours are flying today that the singer and her rugby ace boyfriend are on the rocks.
It's been reported that Gavin has moved out of the home he shares with Charlotte and their two children in Brigend, Wales.
But Charlotte's rep has told Sky Showbiz that the story is false.
Charlotte's rep said: “The story in today’s Metro is untrue."
"Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson have been on holiday in America for the past two weeks and will fly back together this Friday.”
The couple have reportedly had a tempestuous relationship over the years.
Newspapers have said that Gavin went to stay with his parents to "get his head together", while Charlotte is said to be frustrated by he reluctance to get married.
Back in May Charlotte's mum Maria slammed constant reports of their reltionship problems as "ridiculous".
