Ashley and Cheryl Cole Cheryl Cole's mate has revealed a humdinger about the singer's nuptials to Ashley Cole.

Apparently, she says Chez isn't happy things went as they did.

Surely not... Can this friend be telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Well, possible. But before you start to fret, rest assured that Chezza isn't actually cursing the day she said "yes" to Ash's proposal.

The popster and X Factor judge simply regrets selling her wedding photos.

Said pal of Cheryl's told Heat: "When I asked Cheryl about it, she just said to me, 'Why the hell would I renew my vows? It's as tacky as hell.' 

"She hates the idea of doing anything like that and she just wouldn't, for all the money that might be on offer."

Strange, you may think, given that she cashed in on the whole shebang the first time around.

The friend went on: "She bitterly regrets selling her wedding in the first place. She wishes that she hadn't. 

"Cheryl agreed to do it at the time because Girls Aloud hadn't made a huge amount of money and she didn't want Ashley paying for everything.

"But if she could do it all again, she wouldn't have sold it to a magazine. She hates that she did."
