Just days after she gave birth to her first son, Kai, this determined Wag's on a mission to get back in shape.

Coleen's chosen to tone up with the help of luxury beauty brand Karin Herzog's Dynamic Duo products.

Dynamic Duo consists of two body creams that promise to help sculpt the body, tone and tighten.

Coleen is said to have discussed her needs with a Karin Herzog therapist, who recommended Dynamic Duo because of the benefits for both both mums and babies.

A Karin Herzog rep revealed: "Not only do the products help new mums get their contours back, but they also help support breast milk whilst keeping mother's body healthy and detoxed.

"The natural antiseptic properties of the Silhouette (one part of Dynamic Duo) also ensure the breast area is germ free and the perfect environment for suckling."
