Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford has reportedly reached a custody settlement with her ex.
According to Usmagazine.com, she and German businessman Daniel Giersch will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children.
They have a son, Hermes and a daughter, Helena.
Kelly filed for divorce in January this year after being married to Daniel for two years.
According to TMZ, the family will temporarily relocate from California to New York while Kel films Gossip Girl. She will reside in NYC while Daniel will set up home in the Hamptons.
TMZ also report that court documents say both parents will also attend co-parenting counselling sessions.
