Daniel Radcliffe's rep has denied claims he smokes marijuana.
A front-page story published in the Daily Mirror today ran a photo of the 20-year-old Harry Potter star allegedly "smoking pot at a party".
It claimed the actor "laughed his head off" as he told other guests at the bash in London "I love weed".
But Daniel's publicists have reacted with fury at the story and are threatening legal action.
In an exclusive statement to Sky Showbiz, they said: "We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today's Daily Mirror.
"Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations."
