Danielle Lloyd has been released from hospital.
This follows emergency surgery after she was allegedly attacked by two women in a nightclub on Bank Holiday Monday.
In a statement released to Sky Showbiz, her spokesperson said: "Danielle Lloyd is currently resting at home following the assault at Crystal Club, Wells St, W1 in the early hours of yesterday morning.
"Miss Lloyd underwent surgery at a private hospital yesterday afternoon to repair the damage to her left calf, and was discharged around noon today (Tuesday).
"She had previously had twenty stitches in her lower back at A&E yesterday morning."
Mr Elliot Sorene, a consultant in trauma and orthopedic surgery said: "I treated Miss Lloyd yesterday for a deep laceration to her left calf.
"Whilst the whole experience for Miss Lloyd was exceptionally unfortunate, she is very lucky that the major blood vessels and arteries were not involved, otherwise she would have been left permanently paralysed.
"I have advised Miss Lloyd to rest at home for two weeks, before embarking on several months of intense physiotherapy. Miss Lloyd acted very ladylike throughout the whole unpleasant and harrowing episode."
