The Aussie singer says she will definitely be back to judge on next year's X Factor.

After weeks of hearing chat that Dan could be getting the chop from the show, it seems we can finally lay the rumours to rest.

Simon Cowell has personally asked her to report for duty.

"The producers and Simon tell me I am returning, so that's all I believe. So unless I hear differently then I'll be back," Dan told Closer magazine.

According to previoDannii Minogue and Cheryl Coleus reports, Dan was in danger of getting axed due to a fall-out with fellow judge Louis Walsh after the two had a huge row off the camera.

"It wasn't very nice. That's the one moment of the year that I won't be repeating again," she said about the tiff.

Dannii also says the reports about her and Cheryl Cole being enemies are ridiculous, and that the pair have a right old chuckle over all the silly things they read.

"The stories about Cheryl and I not getting on have made us both laugh," she said. "Cheryl's a wonderful person and does an amazing job. Her kindness is abundant."
