And quite frankly it's getting a little old.

Do we really believe all they do is bicker?

The latest apparent row is between Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue. Yawn.

"Dannii is fuming she is placed next to Louis," an X Factor insider told The Daily Mirror, referring to the panel's seating arrangements on the live shows. "The pair are well known for their disagreements and both are not keen on having to sit next to each until Christmas."

It has also been "reported" that Louis has said Dan will be axed for next year’s show to make way for the return of Sharon Osbourne. But Dannii isn't rising to this childish bait.

"I think that Louis is just trying to protect his own job," Dannii said on This Morning today. "He is frightened to get kicked out twice."

Come on guys, aren't there better things to worry about - like the 12 finalists?

Thankfully it seems that Dannii agrees.

"I would love for the contestants to get more of the attention," she said. "This is their moment, their chance."

And when asked about her over 25s posse's chances in the final three, Dan was super-confident.

"This year the group is so strong and I have a good chance to win it," she said. "It is not about youth, it is about X Factor."
