Dannii Minogue There's been a whole heap of rumours surrounding Simon Cowell and Dannii Minogue.

The hotwire has it they've had a verbal rumble.

Apparently, Simon thinks Dannii is getting "cocky".

Now Dannii herself has spoken out on the X rift chit-chat.

She says she's "bemused" by all the reports - though admits that Simon is "lashing out" at her at the mo.

Last week, Simon's X Factor sidekick Sinitta poured fuel on the Simon-Dannii row rumours, by commenting:

"Things are getting really bad between Simon and Dannii. He's continually taking swipes at her.

"He doesn't like the fact that she's come into this series all cocky from winning it last year, saying, 'I'm going to win.'"

Responding in her Closer magazine column, Dannii said:Simon Cowell

"I was bemused by rumours that I'd fallen out with Simon Cowell on the show. Utter rubbish.

"Admittedly Simon seems to be lashing out at Team Minogue and I don't know why, because I have three amazing performers."

"The rumour started after Simon's mentor, Sinitta, made a few comments that were blown out of all proportion," she added.

"It made me laugh because Sinitta came and told me what she'd said."

OK, we believe you Dan.
