Model Danielle Lloyd has been taken to hospital.
She was allegedly attacked by two women in a nightclub on Bank Holiday Monday.
Dan's spokesperson said she had to undergo emergency surgery for a serious injury to her leg.
According to the Daily Mail, Danielle sustained her injuries after allegedly being thrown onto a table of drinks inside a London club.
Her spokesperson said: "Danielle sustained a serious wound to her back which required stitches upon arrival at hospital.
"The injury to her leg is more serious. Danielle had been socialising with six friends, including her boyfriend, Jamie O'Hara, when the unprovoked attack occurred at around 2.30am.
"Danielle was thrown onto a table of drinks by two females. An ambulance was called and Mr O'Hara awaited its arrival outside before travelling with Miss Lloyd to the hospital."
A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed that two women have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and have been bailed until a date in July.
The spokesman told Sky Showbiz that the Metropolitan Police were called at about two o'clock on Monday morning to the Crystal Club in Wells Street to a report of a woman having sustained a leg injury in an incident at the club.
"The woman, in her 20s, was taken by ambulance to a central London hospital. She has been discharged. Two women were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, taken to a central London police station and have been bailed."
