The D-list hottie has followed in the footsteps of Angelina Jolie by getting a Latin phrase tattooed on her bod.

Dan, 25, chose the intellectual skin inking while visiting Universal Studios in Los Angeles.

Across her left shoulder blade, she now bears the phrase: "Quis attero mihi tantum planto mihi validus".  

Which, according to the Showbiz Shed's resident boffin, roughly translates as: "To diminish me will only make me stronger."

Wowsers. Who knew a former Wag could be quite so... profound?

But get this. Dan's new tatt is eerily similar to Ange's Latin's words of wisdom that the superstar has etched on her stomach.

Is it a case of, ahem, great minds?
