Darren Day has appeared in court.
He's responded to drink-driving charges.
Darren was pulled over by police in Cardiff in the early hours of the morning last month.
He took a breath test after allegedly driving his Mercedes in an erratic manner.
But Darren has entered a plea of not guilty to the drink-driving charge.
He reportedly has issues with the way the breath test was conducted.
Darren's lawyer, Jenny Kumeta, also questioned the police version of events, saying:
"He (Darren) had been in the car no more than 20 seconds with the engine on when called over."
Courtroom drama aside, it's Darren's appearance that also has us slightly shocked.
The 30-something actor, who has previously built up a reputation as a bit of a ladies' man (he pulled Anna Friel and Isla Fisher, after all), reminded us of Boris Johnson as he turned up to the court hearing.
Let's hope he sorts out his look for his next court date - set for 27th August.
