We brought you the news that David Duchovny went into rehab for sex addiction.
Well, that was back in August and now we can bring you fresh word.
It seems that David's time is done there and he's now checked out.
His lawyer, Larry Stein, has confirmed David's departure.
He told People: "David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie.
"He successfully completed his treatment."
